Q. I only want to buy individual postcards? Why are they all packed in 10's?
A. The Postcard Company is purely a Wholesale site set up to service independant retailers in a convenient and efficient manner. All retail customers should visit thefilmstore.com for individual items.

Q. I want to buy more than the pack quantity. How do I do this?
A. Simply click the add to order button next to the item you want. You'll then be transferred to a page showing a summary of your order. Next to each item is a qty number, the default of which is 1. If your ordering a 4''x 6'' postcard for example, which are packed in 10's, and you want 30 of them, simply change the 1 to a 3 and hit update order. Your order summary will update reflecting any changes you have made.

Q. How much is your minimum order?
A. Our minimum order level is £50.00 nett excluding carriage. Any orders below this level will not be accepted by our shopping cart, any orders emailed, faxed or phoned through under this level will not be accepted. This applies to all orders from the UK. For all orders outside the UK please contact our sales team.

Q. Ok, your minimum order is £50.00. How much is shipping and what service is it?
A. Shipping is a flat £10.00, this is applied to all orders below £150.00 nett. Over £150.00 carriage is free. All items are shipped on a next day / 24hour courier service. This applies to all orders from the UK. Carriage is charged on all non UK orders. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Q. Do you supply point of sale?
A. Unfortunately, we do not currently supply point of sale, but if you check out our links page you can find the leading spinner manufacterers listed who will be more than pleased to help you.

Q. Do you do a printed catalogue?
A. Not at present no. We have in our range over 6,000 different postcards which are constantly fluctuating in and out of stock. As such we have found printed catalogues to be constantly out of date and more of a hinderance than a help. We will be producing a "best sellers" catalogue which will feature a slimmed down range of cards that we will endeavour never to run out of. Register now to be able to download this in PDF format when its available or for a printed copy, email our sales team and register your interest.

Q. I'm not from the UK but I like your products and would like to order.
A. We'd like to supply you as well, but at present our online system is set up purely for UK sales. However, if you email our sales team, we'll be glad to assist you in ordering.

Q. I'm from the USA, how do I order?
A. We don't supply wholesale to the USA, as such we recommend you go to Classico San Francisco Inc. and contact them direct

Q. How quickly will my order ship?
A. If we receive your order before 1pm Monday to Friday we'll endeavour to ship it to you that day. All items are shipped on a 24 hour, next day service so please ensure someone will be there to sign for your parcel. Obviously delivery is only Monday to Friday so if you order Friday, the quickest your good will be there is Monday.

Q. How do you ship your items?
A. All our items are shipped via Business Post on a Next Day / 24 hour method. All goods are packed well inside high quality outer boxes, bubble wrapped where applicable to protect during transit and ensure that the goods reach you in pristine condition.

Q. How do I know whats in stock?
A. If an item is on the site, its in stock. Items obviously come into and out of stock on a regular basis but the site will reflect our current stock situation. On the rare occassion that we get a real spate of orders and the system doesn't keep up with stock levels, we'll contact you in advance to let you know.

Q. You used to do loads more cards than are shown? Where are they?
A. We're busy putting all these items onto our new site. Obviously some older designs have been deleted and some items are out of stock so these won't be shown to avoid any "stock outs" occurring. Feel free to email our sales team if your after something specific that your sure we should have.

Q. Are all your items licensed?
A. Yes. We only distribute product that has been fully licensed for sale. All relevant licensing/copyright information is printed on the back of each postcard as you would expect

Q. Can I be informed of new releases as and when they come out?
A. Yes, in the coming weeks we'll be adding a "newsletter" function to our site, if you want to add your details before this is activated please email our sales team and let them know you want to sign up!

Q. I don't want to transmit my credit card details over the internet. Can I still order from you?
A. Yes, if you read our "How to Order" page it will detail the various payment options for you. But to summarise you can select "send credit card details separately" during the checkout phase and once thats sent, you can call us with your Credit/Debit card details. This way we receive the order securely online but you have the peace of mind in knowing that your speaking to a member of our sales team when handing over sensitive information.

Q. I'm concerned about what you do with my information? Whats your privacy policy?
A. We only use your information to be able to process your order. We use a cookie that tracks what you place in your shopping cart that is cleared after you leave our site or complete your order. All other information, address etc is used purely to fulfil your order. All sensitive information is destroyed after transactions have been completed. We do not store any credit card data. From time to time we may email you (no more than once a month) regarding new releases but this is easily opted out of.

Q. I've got a range of postcards that I'd like distributed. Can you do this?
A. We'll certainly look at any samples, websites or catalogue of products that you want us to distribute. While we can't promise that we'll say yes, we're always willing to work with like minded companies. See our contact details below for details on how to get in touch with us.

Q. I want some postcards printed. Can you do this?
A. Not really, the levels that cards are printed at are very large print runs. There's lots of places online that will do small runs for you. If you get stuck, email our sales team and they'll try to help.
